The adventure plot unfolds after Gomez (Isaac) and Morticia (Theron) become distressed over their kids, Wednesday (Moretz) and Pugsley (Walton), spending too much time on their phones, and skipping family dinners. In hopes of bringing everyone closer together, Gomez has the bright idea to gas up a camper and take the family on an epic road trip.
